SPL100 penetrating lubricant from Prolong
Available in 12oz aerosol cans, this lubricant offers protection against friction while also dispersing water and moisture.The company says this makes it a great cure for damp starting problems and a simple way to protect electrical items.
Unusually, Prolong actually admits the lube isn’t the cheapest around but reckons the added performance means you’ll need less for each application.
The liquid is used by several of the top NASCAR and NHRA racing teams in the US.
