However vital engine oil is, Co-ordSport says it inevitably causes resistance within engines that has a measurable effect on performance.
This oil cutter prevents excess oil sticking to the crankshaft which minimises drag without compromising effective lubrication.
The company says this can boost performance by up to five bhp at peak revs on the Evo 4 through to the Evo 9MR.
