The name says it all. Touchless, Beissbarth’s non-contact wheel aligner, does not touch the wheel. Instead of requiring time to be taken placing clamps, Touchless works with camera systems. Preparation time is reduced to almost zero and the rims remain intact. Within seconds of driving onto the measurement bay, Touchless displays the relevant measurements for wheel alignment.
An Integrated Reference System (IRES) allows four T-pods to align their positions and automatically correct even the slightest inaccuracies within the measurement bay. Touchless features 7,200 LEDs. Intensity is automatically controlled so the system gives precise results irrespective of lighting conditions.
Touchless is not fixed to one workspace. Thanks to its integrated rollers it can be used in any measurement bay.
