Audatex back up plan

Audatex has completed the implementation of its business continuity programme, developed to prevent future system downtime. Says Audatex, "We have a new live production system which is fully replicated, enabling seamless backups and ensuring sustained performance of AudaEnterprise and the other claims services that we provide on our AudaNet platform. The entire process, which has taken just eight weeks at an investment of £2m, has been managed on time and with no interruption to our service provision."
