LSUK invests to offer faster diesel repair service
LSUK customers are set to benefit after motor factor and technical specialist invested £70,000 in diesel repair facilities.
The Hastings-based company has purchased a second Bosch 815 diesel test bench. The picture shows a technician in Hastings using the new kit.
By also increasing its workspace it claims it has significantly increased its ability to test and repair common rail and VP pumps for customers.
Service manager Mick Farman said customers would receive a more competitive service as a result.
"With two Bosch benches, we can now use one solely for common rail injectors and the other solely for common rail pumps.
“That will enable us to work in batches and therefore offer an even more competitive service to all of our customers,” he said.
Branch manager Colin Coulman said the investment would allow the company to offer an improved service to the LSUK branch network as well as external customers and meet their diesel needs quicker.
