Garage equipment firm Boston expands north
Boston Garage Equipment has launched a Scottish division to help support garages in the north of the UK.Boston (Scotland) is based in Glasgow and will offer sales, service and support to workshops across the country.
The new company will. be run by Kenny Friel. Kenny is hoping to acquire additional distribution premises as soon as possible to allow the company to deliver Boston kit to distributors and direct to garages.
Ray Calcutt, director of the Essex-based Boston Garage Equipment, said Scotland was an increasingly lucrative market.
“Our sales in Scotland have steadily increased over 18 years with a substantial upturn on the introduction of one-man testing,” he said.
“To meet the market demands to our high standards, we see the need for a local Boston base with product stock and freephone brochure and service response,” he added.
