Porcher Abrasive Coatings Ltd is a leading UK specialist manufacturer of temperature-cured abrasive linings.
We coat all sizes and types of brake tester rollers. Benefits of our oven-cured process are: Keyed surface on the roller prior to coating; extended roller life due to application of 2 or 3 coats of abrasive each of which is individually cured; no irregular bumps on the abrasive to give an effective grip. Service exchange system for Kismets and some Cryptons & Tecalemits via our UK network of garage service engineers.
On site recoating service available for customers for whom machine downtime is an issue. Work takes max of 1 days and the brake tester can be used the next day. Warranties of 6 or 12 months, dependent on roller type, are offered for on-site recoating work.
